Mr. De Silva is a founder member of HDDES group and currently he enjoies a privilege of chairman status of M/S. H.D.DE SILVA & SONS (PVT) LTD and the M/S. HDDES EXTRACTS (PVT) LTD which deals with the business of manufacturing and exporting essential oils, oleoresins, herbal extracts and floral extracts with status of being a market leader in the field of natural industry. Having found the two extremely successful organizations, he has the knowledge of making standard essential oils and oleoresins to meet the requirement of international buyers revolving in the industries such as food and beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals and aromatherapy.  With his personnel experience which has gained through over the 25 years of involving in the natural field, the relationship that he possesses with the global buyers has enabled him to achieve profound and excellent name among the buyers. 

Mrs. N. Kanthi De Silva

Mrs. De Silva works as a silent director from the inception of HDDES Group and possess dynamic and charismatic style of leadership which can be used to find out new business opportunities. During the years passed by Mrs De Silva has given to full support to Mr. De Silva in the field of Human Resource management, where required skill needed for industry has been taught to the employees who recruited.

Mr. H. Gehan K. De Silva

Mr. H.G.K De Silva is the managing director of H.D.DE SILVA & SONS (PVT) LTD and HDDES EXTRACTS (PVT) LTD who holds a diploma in Management. The prime duty is to handle all the export activities that are shipped under the brand name of HDDES.  In addition, he has excellent relationship with the international business partners as well as the raw material suppliers and bottom growers of spices in order to maintain the company policy of vertical integration in an appropriate manner. Besides that he possesses the dynamic and dedicated characteristics which make him to keep business contacts with international buyers and to seek new business opportunities.  In current circumstance he has actively involved with R&D activities with organization to develop new products which has the capacity to serve the natural industries such as food and beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals and aromatherapy respectively.

Mr. H.Mevan S. De Silva

Mr. H.M.S De Silva serves as a company director who handles all the financial activities of HDDES EXTRACTS (PVT) LTD and H.D.DE SILVA & SONS (PVT) LTD. Furthermore he uses his knowledge to a great extent by having organic cultivation techniques and has a firm relationship with the certified organic farmers who are registered with the organization. In addition he is a qualified person in computer science and holds a marketing management diploma and activity involved in the business activities from 1992.

Mr. H. Jeevan R. De Silva

Mr. H.J.R De Silva provides his service to the organizations as a director operations who is responsible for all the factory activities which includes production, Human Resource and shipment handling etc. He possesses a business management degree in UK that has a capacity to drive the organization to next level. Besides that Mr. De Silva has a good knowledge of spice and essential oil business from 1999 which will serve the capacity to meet the organizational set objectives.
