The production facility of HDDES is located at BOI (Board of Investment) Zone Horana in Sri Lanka from year of 2003 to manufacture the main products such as essential oils and oleoresins in form of conventional and organic by using the methods of steam distillation and solvent extraction. With the establishment of the main facility, organization has been successfully able to manage the main operations such as productions, stores, labs and other services that carry forward with the main function in a productive and proactive manner with Food and Safety Management system placed within the organizational premises in line with ISO 22000 standard. Besides that the products that are manufactured under the brand name of HDDES is always striving to keep product quality according to buyers' specifications with continues improvement done through kaizen quality program.  Furthermore the materials that were used in the facility are not only ideal for keeping safe environment for the employees who are recruited under the different sections but also serves as to keep all the spice aroma within the limitation of the facility that has a less effect on environment pollution.
