The main vision of the organization is to manufacture and to export organic and conventional essential oils, spices, spice based oleoresins and herbal extracts while developing the rural economy and provide initiative to community work with the exportation of 100% pure and natural products to the identified market segments.

• Acquiring latest technology through the partner networks established during the business
• By 2015 secure 50% sales growth within the company by exporting natural oils to the identified market segments
• Acquire fair trade certificate by the end of 2010
• Increase production capacity at least 25% by 2010
